Notes for 2024:

Standard - meetings, talks and clubs with no fundraising or income generating objective.

Social/Community - Community groups or small businesses where a charge or surplus generating activity will benefit local welfare, including coffee mornings, lunch club, fairs and classes.

Party - Includes children's and adults' parties.

Business - Business functions with profit as main aim. May include some concerts.

Weddings - Includes evening before, whole day and morning after for entire building.

Event - Major concerts or fairs etc. with significant set-up. Whole day and entire building.

Kitchen - Charged in addition, when required.

Extra Time - If required for set-up etc. this will be charged at the standard rate.
