All classes are suitable for everyone and will definnitely bring some happiness into your day!

Latin Dance Fitness: Low impact and easy to follow Latin inspired dance routines. Great music and great fun!

Barre: Uses ballet inspired moves for a full body strengthening and toning workout, with a chair or bar to help balance and support you.

Pilates: A form of exercise that focusses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Easy Beat: A low impact dance class set to some classic tunes. Easy to follow routines that will work both body and brain. There is a short toning section to finish.

Chair Yoga: An ancient form of exercise, based on a series of poses, that focusses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Incorporating a chair into Yoga can promote comfort and aid balance whilst feeling safe and supported.
