low impact dance class set to some classic tunes. Easy to follow routines
that will work both body and brain. There is a short toning section to finish.
Chair Yoga:
An ancient form of exercise, based on a series of poses, that focusses on
strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Incorporating a chair into Yoga can promote comfort and aid balance whilst
feeling safe and supported.
