Bookings - User instructions post Covid-19

We are now accepting bookings for all parts of the centre.

Bookings are subject to the following restrictions:

  1. Session times now revert to 0900-1300, 1330-1730, 1800-2300.
  2. The keys must be collected from, and returned to, Mylor Stores.
  3. There are revised Conditions of Hire which have been circulated to all users. Please consult these carefully.
  4. The stage curtains should remain open at all times.
  5. Chairs and tables should be wiped down and returned to where they came from, after use.
  6. Strict social distancing and personal hygiene should be observed.
  7. All rubbish must be removed by users in the bags provided.
  8. Users must compile a list of all attendee's names and phone numbers and keep it for at least three weeks.

These arrangements reflect the relaxing of Covid-19 restrictions.  They may be modified as necessary.
